All reptiles have a 100% guarentee on live arrival. Reptiles being shipped to extremely hot or cold areas will be shipped with 24 hour heat or cold packs. Any DOA must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Thank you.

• USPS Priority- Usually 2 day, possibly 3 day shipping. Cactus Pads are picked right before shipping. That way they arrive as fresh as when picked on arrival.
• Cactus Fruit-Usually 2 day, possibly 3 day shipping. Cactus Fruit are picked right before shipping. That way they arrive as fresh as when picked on arrival.
• Cactus Plants-Usually 2 day, possibly 3 day shipping. Cactus plants are pulled right before shipping. That way they are not dying and as fresh and green on arrival.
